This slight silver ring set with a small, colorless crystal has been consecrated and sanctified by a deity of fertility, a deity of knowledge, and a deity of war. While undoubtedly powerful, the overinvestment of divine magic in such a small item has made the its empowerments unstable.

At dawn, roll a d4. The ring enters a mode below based on roll and table below until the next dawn.

d4	Mode	Blessing
1	Balance	The ring’s crystal turns diamond white. You gain a +1 bonus to ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws.
2	Battle	The ring’s crystal turns ruby red. Whenever you make an attack roll, you may roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll.
3	Book	The ring’s crystal turns sapphire blue. Whenever you make an ability check, you may roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the ability check.
4	Bulwark	The ring’s crystal turns emerald green. Whenever you make a saving throw, you may roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the saving throw.
