Teleportation Bead (5e Equipment)

This teal bead is so tiny an entire string of them would be smaller than your finger. Though it appears unassuming, when you squeeze the bead between your fingers you feel a sudden displacement of thought or self—a bizarre but harmless sensation that cues to its unusual property.

You can throw the bead up to 60 feet as an action, or use it as ammunition in a weapon like a slingshot. Once you have deliberately projected the bead and it comes to a rest in an open space large enough to fit you, you are abruptly teleported to that space and the bead is irrevocably destroyed.
