| Hit: 2d6 + Str Mod lightning damage and the target is stunned (save ends). | |
| Miss: 1/2 damage and the target is not stunned. | |
| Effect: Until the end of the encounter the target is vulnerable 5 to attacks with the lightning or thunder keywords. | |
| Special: Increase hit dice by 1d6 at levels; 14, 16, 18, 20. Increase to hit bonus by 2 for levels 16 and 21. | |
