Charge If the Infestrum moves at least 25 ft. straight toward a target and then hits it with a Tackle attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra [1D6] bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Poisonous If the Infestrum hits a target with a Bite attack, they must make a DC 7 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they receive 1d6 poison damage and are Poisoned for 24 hours. On a successful save, nothing happens. ACTIONSPunch. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage. Tackle. Melee Weapon Attack: -2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
