Part of the Bloodborne 5e Homebrew, all available feats to be given at levels.

The feats of the Bloodborne Supplement are designed to reflect the brutal, eldritch, and nightmarish nature of the Hunt. These feats are not balanced for traditional 5e campaigns and should only be used within this setting.

Background Feats

These feats are meant to be given out before Session 1, not taking a feat slot and not being able to be taken via ASI or other feat feature. They are strong within the world, so it is not recommended to give these out freely unless it matches a character backstory or the DM approves.

Body Feats

The transformation through the Blood changes both the mind and the body.

Combat Feats

Survival in the Hunt requires skill, brutality, and an unrelenting thirst for victory.

Eldritch Feats

The pursuit of eldritch knowledge grants power, but at what cost?

Caryll Rune Feats

The wisdom of Caryll is inscribed upon the mind, granting supernatural power.
