This open hand is of any race to creatures, being said to have the souls of at least fifty lowly commoners inside this hand and the fiftieth is said to be a hand of a slightly more "lowly" commoner.

Lowly Commoner. While you are holding this hand, you can use an action to make all of your ability scores become 2 for 1 hour. Once you use this property of the hand, it closes into a fist and forms a middle finger, burning into ash with a wicked laughter as it becomes destroyed.
