Bleeding Storm: Once a day, bleed everyone around you whether you hit them or not. Not bad. The downside? Do you really want to be surrounded anyway? Probably not.

Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[w] + ability modifier damage per attack
Effect: All targets in burst take ongoing 5 damage (save ends).
