Bleeding Claws (4e Power)

Bleeding Claws: Is it really enough to get to hit someone three times every fight? I guess not, we get ongoing damage too. Just awesome. The downside, no ability damage this time. But will we miss it? Nah.

4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee or Ranged
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength/Dexterity Vs. AC, three attacks.
Hit: 1[w] damage per attack. If you hit your target at least once the target takes ongoing 10 damage.
