The belt of language decoding is a brown belt that looks quite dapper. It has magic that lets you temporarily learn a language. When you finish a long rest roll 1d20 and choose a desired language. Until you finish another long rest, you know the following parts of the language chosen:
1-5: You do not speak any parts of the language.
6-10: You can speak a few extremely common phrases.
11-15: You speak the language as well as a commoner.
16-20: You speak the language as well as an educated individual.
