Arcane Propulsion Device (5e Equipment)

A series of straps, belts, and baubles, the Arcane Propulsion Device fits snugly around an attuned creature, a number of redundancies covering each inch.

As an action, you can touch the device and spend one spell slot. For the next ten minutes, you gain a flying speed of 30 feet. For every level above 1st, the flying speed increases by 10 feet.
