Shūhei Yasuda

Shūhei Yasuda (Japanese: 安田周平 Yasuda Shūhei) is a character designer[1], animation director[2] and key animator of the animated series.
Yasuda began working on the animated series as a key animator during Pokémon the Series: XY, with his first credit being for the ending animation of DreamDream. He was promoted to a character designer on Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon[3], then held the position of chief animation director for Pokémon Journeys: The Series. He also animation-directed the opening animations for the all versions of One, Two, Three.
Additionally, Yasuda has contributed illustrations for the Trading Card Game, exclusively for cards related to the animated series. There are 7 cards illustrated by Yasuda. For a list of cards he illustrated, go here.
