This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art Secret card in the Cosmic Eclipse expansion, first released in the Japanese Dream League subset. The Regular print features artwork by kawayoo, while the Full Art print features artwork by Misaki Hashimoto.

This card features Wishiwashi in its School Form. Hydro Splash is an attack that first appeared as Hydrosplash on Vaporeon ex from EX Delta Species. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun. Lana is featured in the Full Art Secret print's illustration.
