Release information
This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Japanese Black Bolt expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Natsumi Yoshida, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by Amelicart. The Regular card was included in the international Black Bolt expansion.
An English SVP Promotional print of the Full Art was available in the Unova Victini Illustration Collection, released on August 1, 2025. An oversized version of this print and a premium reverse holofoil of the Black Bolt Standard card were also included in the box. In Japan, the Full Art illustration rare print is reprinted as an SV-P Promotional card available in the Black Bolt / White Flare Card File Set product, which was released alongside the Black Bolt and White Flare sets on June 6, 2025.
This card is also reprinted as a SV-P Promotional print numbered 288/SV-P with artwork by 5ban Graphics, in the style of BWR (Black White rare) cards. This promo was released as part of the "Victini BWR Tournament" series of events held in Japan from June 14 to August 31, 2025. Participants have to battle using cards released in the Black Bolt and White Flare expansions. The Victini promo is awarded at each held tournament to 1 champion and 1 winner of a Rock-Paper-Scissors draw also held at the event.[1] The promo is also distributed to 2,000 lucky winners of the "Black Bolt/White Flare Deck Building At Home Campaign Lottery" held during the same time period.[2] This print was included as a Black White rare card in both the international Black Bolt and White Flare expansions.
