Effect

When the Pokémon successfully uses a status move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Defense by one stat rank. The skill can range from Use Status P-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 1 to Use Status P-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Use Status P-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Defense. Currently, only Use Status P-Move on Opp: Defense ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
