Effect

When the Pokémon successfully uses a status move, it has a chance of lowering the Sp. Atk of all opposing sync pairs by one stat rank. The skill can range from Use Status P-Move: Team Sp. Atk ↓ 1 to Use Status P-Move: Team Sp. Atk ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Use Status P-Move: Team Sp. Atk ↓ 9 will always lower the opponents' Sp. Atk. Currently, only Use Status P-Move: Team Sp. Atk ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
