Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses a status move, it has a chance of raising the user's Sp. Atk by one stat rank. The skill can range from Use Status P-Move: Sp. Atk ↑ 1 to Use Status P-Move: Sp. Atk ↑ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Use Status P-Move: Sp. Atk ↑ 9 will always raise the user's Sp. Atk. Currently, only Use Status P-Move: Sp. Atk ↑ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
