(Japanese: ウッシー Uschi) is a minor character who appeared in Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. In the English subtitles, he was merely referred to as a shopper.
He is a porter who bumped into Ash and his friends when they followed Diancie around the Orsay City mall. He almost dropped his gift packages, but the others quickly grabbed them and returned them to him.
Uschi is based on his Japanese voice actor Atsuto Uchida, a now-retired footballer who played for the Japanese national team and participated in the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups, which the latter tournament was on course during the premiere of the film. A reference is made in that he is seen carrying a soccer ball.
Pokémon
Pikachu is Uschi's only known Pokémon. This Pikachu is a reference to Japan's team in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, which had it as a mascot.
None of Pikachu's moves are known.
