The Ultra Beast Drop Event (Japanese: ウルトラビーストドロップイベント Ultra Beast Drop Event) is a drop event in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.

Event information

The Ultra Beast Drop Event ran from June 4 to 14, 2025. It featured a set of four battles, ranging in difficulty from Beginner to Expert, for players to challenge. Players could obtain cards from the Promo-A series by receiving Promo Pack A Series Vol. 9; packs were given as guaranteed first-time rewards for each of the four battles, as well as potential rewards for each win therafter, with battles of higher difficulties being more likely to give packs as a chance reward.

Unlike previous drop events, which focused on a single Pokémon, the Ultra Beast Drop Event focused on Ultra Beasts instead; packs had an Ultra Beast theme instead of the usual blue, green, or pink designs, and an increased selection of seven cards—instead of the usual five—was available to pull from packs.

Each pack continued to hold a single card, with the following available:

Getting an additional copy of a card the player already owned also awarded Shinedust: 10 Shinedust for packs containing Kartana, Blacephalon, Xurkitree, or Stakataka; 100 Shinedust for packs containing Dawn Wings Necrozma or Dusk Mane Necrozma; and 300 Shinedust for packs containing Ultra Necrozma ex.

Event battles

The following battle rules were in effect for all battles:

• Rule 1: Maximum of 50 turns
• Rule 2: 3 points to win
• Rule 3: No time limit per turn
