Effect
When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies' Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from Team Smart Command 1 to Team Smart Command 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Team Smart Command 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Special Moves ↑ Next effect.
