You may discard up to 2 Energy from your Benched Pokémon. This attack does 60 more damage for each card you discarded in this way.

Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare card, a special illustration rare card, and a gold etched hyper rare card in the Destined Rivals expansion, first released in the Japanese Glory of the Rocket Gang expansion. The Regular, ultra rare, and hyper rare prints feature artwork by aky CG Works, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by Iwamoto05.
This card was reprinted as an SVP Black Star Promo card with artwork by aky CG Works and was available in the Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex Box from June 13, 2025.
In Japan, this card was reprinted as an M-P Promotional card with artwork by aky CG Works, and was given out as a prize to competitors with 4 or more total wins during Champions League 2026 events. The Japanese M-P Promotional print features the "Pokémon Card Game Championships Series 2026" logo in the bottom left corner of the artwork.
A variant of the Regular print is released as a Top 4 prize for the 2025-26 Premier Ball League tournament events held in Malaysia,[1] the Philippines,[2] and Singapore.[3] This variant features the Premier Ball League logo stamp.

Origin
In the animated series and manga canon, Team Rocket was responsible for creating Mewtwo by cloning the DNA of Mew. Team Rocket leader Giovanni, who uses a Mewtwo in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and Pokémon Masters EX, is featured on the card. Power Saver is an Ability that first appeared as a Poké-BODY on Team Aqua's Kyogre and Team Magma's Groudon from EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua.
