This attack does 30 damage to 2 of your Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Furious Fists expansion, first released in the Japanese Rising Fist expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Eske Yoshinob, while the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda. In Japan, a Non Holofoil version of the Regular print was reprinted for the M Master Deck Build Box Speed Style released August 7, 2015. The Regular print was reprinted again in the Japanese Premium Champion Pack, this time as a Mirror Reverse Holofoil. During the Japanese Sun & Moon Era, The Best of XY subset contained a reprint of the Regular print.
