The Scroll of Waters (Japanese: みずのかけじく Scroll of Water) is a Key Item introduced in Generation IX. It allows Kubfu to evolve into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu. Its counterpart is the Scroll of Darkness.

When used from the Bag on a Kubfu, the Scroll of Waters will cause it to evolve into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu.

The Scroll of Waters debuted as an interactive object at the Tower of Waters in Pokémon Sword and Shield. After defeating Mustard at the top floor of the tower, the player can have Kubfu interact with the Scroll of Waters to evolve.

If Kubfu is holding an Everstone upon interacting with the Scroll, Mustard will notice it, and allow the player to not evolve the Kubfu.

The Scroll of Waters appeared in Crackle!! Retrieve the Sword & Shield. After the Kubfu that Mustard had given Henry to train had defeated his Urshifu at the Tower of Waters, Mustard allowed it to inspect the scroll, triggering its Evolution into Urshifu.
