Scav (born February 22, 1981[1] in Shiga, Japan[2]), formerly credited under the name tetsuya koizumi (Japanese: 小泉(こいずみ)哲哉(てつや))[3], is an illustrator who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. His first card was Tangrowth from the Burning Shadows expansion, and his name was changed to Scav beginning with Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX from the Brilliant Stars expansion.

Thus far, he has illustrated 61 cards under the name tetsuya koizumi, and 38 cards under the name Scav. A full list of cards illustrated by him under the name tetsuya koizumi can be found here; those under the name Scav can be found here.

In Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, reused illustrations from his time as tetsuya koizumi do not have their credits updated for his new name. tetsuya koizumi is currently credited for 7 cards appearing in TCG Pocket, a full list of which can be seen here.
