Effect
When the Pokémon uses its sync move or 
max move in battle, it has a chance of raising their Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from S-Move/Max Move: Special Boost ↑2 1 to S-Move/Max Move: Special Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. S-Move/Max Move: Special Boost ↑2 9 will always raise the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only S-Move/Max Move: Special Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
