Rodger Parsons

Rodger Parsons is an American voice actor for the English-language dub of Pokémon the Series. From seasons one through six, he was credited as Ken Gates.
Biography
Parsons was born on October 19, 1943. He is a graduate of New York University and holds a BFA degree in Television, Motion Pictures, Radio. Parsons was a voice actor on Pokémon the Series starting with the first season, primarily being the narrator. He left halfway through the sixth season due to a payment dispute[1], but returned when Pokémon USA took over dubbing and distribution of the series starting with the ninth season.
