Release information

In Japan, upon the release of Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark, this card was made available in the LEGEND Perfect Set. The English print was made available in the Fall 2010 Collector's Tins released in September 2010.

This Raikou card is based on the Shiny Nintendo event Raikou given out in Japanese movie theaters playing Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark in July 2010. Zap Cannon is a move in the Pokémon games that the event Raikou knows. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon HeartGold.
