Rafał Gosieniecki
Rafał Gosieniecki is a Polish artist known for having designed the five Team Flare scientists. Apart from Pokémon, he is known for his work on Shadows of the Damned and several Square Enix titles, such as Final Fantasy VII Remake.[1]
