REOSpikee in 2023[1]

REOSpikee (Japanese: レオ スパイキー Reo Spikee) is an artist living in Tokyo[2] that has contributed to the Pokémon series. Her first piece was as the illustrator for the 2019 Band Fest line of merchandise, where she designed multiple items and drew all of the artwork.[3]

Her merchandise illustrations have also been used as artwork for cards in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Her first card was Taipei's Pikachu, one of the Traditional Chinese SV-P Promotional cards.
