Conversion 4 is derived from Conversion and Conversion 2, moves in the Pokémon games that Porygon can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Shield. This card is based on both Base Set Porygon and Evolutions Porygon, and the illustration is based on the one by Tomoaki Imakuni that was featured on those two cards.
