Trivia

Due to being published before Generation II was released, the names of Ledyba, Marill, and Slowking are misspelt in Part 2: Character Profiles and Part 7: Pokémon Value Guide of the book.

The name for Marill is misspelt in 2 different ways: As "Merril" in Part 2 in reference to Pikachu's Vacation and as "Marril" in Part 7 regarding the Southern Islands Marill card not yet having an official translation to English.
The names for Ledyba and Slowking are misspelt as "Lady-Ba" and "King Slowpoke" respectively as the Southern Islands set cards for Ledyba and Slowking were still only available in Japanese at the time.
