Pikachu (Japanese: ピカチュウ Pikachu) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as one of the BW Black Star Promos.

Release information
This card was released as a Non Holofoil print in the Boundaries Crossed Stage 1 Blisters on November 7, 2012. A Cosmos Holofoil print was released exclusively in Italy. In Japan, this card was released as a Holofoil BW-P Promotional card (108/BW-P), and came packaged with the Beginning Set Pikachu Version, released on November 20, 2011. A Non Holofoil stamped print (163/BW-P) was later included in the Pokémon Card Game BW National Illustrated Encyclopedia, released on July 26, 2012.
