The Nature Preserve (Japanese: 自然保護区 Nature Preserve) is a forest-like area in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. It can only be accessed by taking a plane ride from Mistralton City with Skyla after obtaining the Permit from Professor Juniper for seeing every Pokémon in Black 2 and White 2's Unova Pokédex, with the exception of the Mythical Pokémon Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect.
It is home to both the highest- and lowest-leveled wild Pokémon in the Generation V core series games, since both Magikarp and Gyarados can be found between levels 1 and 100.
This place is located far away from the Unova region. Therefore, it does not appear on the Town Map or in the Habitat List, and the player cannot use Fly to leave the area.

Special encounters
A Shiny Haxorus appears here on the first visit. If defeated or run from, it respawns after entering the Hall of Fame.
Trivia
- In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's The Indigo Disk expansion, there is an area in the Canyon Biome of Blueberry Academy's Terarium that has an almost identical layout to the Nature Preserve. Similarly to the Nature Preserve, wild Altaria and Fraxure can be found in this area, along with a wild Tera Haxorus, likely alluding to the Shiny Haxorus that can be encountered in the Nature Preserve.
- The Nature Preserve shares some similarity to the Sinjoh Ruins. They're both located outside the regions of their respective games, and their exact locations are unknown. The Nature Preserve is located somewhere far from Unova, while Sinjoh Ruins are located somewhere far north of Johto. However, unlike Sinjoh Ruins, where it is at least known to be somewhere north of Johto, it is unknown whether the Nature Preserve lies far north, south, east, or west of Unova.
