Release information

In Japan, twenty copies of this card were first given to Kazuhiko Nishihara, the overall winner of the Mewtwo's Counterattack Commemoration Illust Artist Contest. It was subsequently available on sheets thirteen and fifteen of Expansion Sheet 3. There appears to be no discernible difference between the two prints; both are glossy, have a rarity symbol, and have text next to the illustrator name that reads: "CoroCoro Comic Illust Contest winning card".
