Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses their 
max move on a target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, and evasiveness by one stat rank. The skill can range from Max Move Hit: 7 Stats ↓ 1 to Max Move Hit: 7 Stats ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Max Move Hit: 7 Stats ↓ 9 will always lower the target's stats. Currently, only Max Move Hit: 7 Stats ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
