Mario
Mario (Japanese: モブオ Mobuo) is a character of the day who appeared in Dressed for Jess Success!. He is a Pokémon Coordinator.
Mario competed in the Lilypad Town Pokémon Contest, hoping to win the Ribbon with his Granbull. He passed through the Performance Stage, but he lost against Dawn and her Mamoswine in the quarterfinals.

Mario's Granbull went up against Dawn and her Mamoswine during the Battle Round of the Lilypad Contest. Although Granbull seemed to be very powerful, it was unable to stand up to Mamoswine's newly learned Ice Shard and Hidden Power combination, and was quickly knocked out.
Granbull's only known move is Fire Fang.
