Reason: Better Zubat image and the rest of Gen II Pokémon

The second generation of the Monster Collection by Tomy consists of 251 figures numbered from 001 to 251, covering the first two generations of Pokémon. After the release of the first 151 figures the background on the packaging changed from black to yellow.
