Leafeon (Japanese: リーフィアex Leafia ex) is a Grass-type Stage 1 Pokémon ex card. It is part of the Prismatic Evolutions expansion.
Card text

As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent's).
This attack does 60 damage for each Energy attached to all of your opponent's Pokémon.
Heal 100 damage from each of your Benched Pokémon.
Pokémon ex rule
When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
Release information
This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art special illustration rare card in the Prismatic Evolutions special expansion, first released in the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset. The Regular print features artwork by 5ban Graphics, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by Jiro Sasumo.

Origin
This card features a Terastallized Leafeon with the Stellar Tera Type. The Moss Agate attack is named after moss agate, a variety of the silica mineral chalcedony known for its mossy-green streaks; the attack name may have also been chosen in reference to the Moss Rock, which enables Eevee to evolve into Leafeon in the core series games.
