Kyoko Umemoto

Kyoko Umemoto (Japanese: 梅本(うめもと)恭子(きょうこ)) is a freelance illustrator[1] who began their work on the series as an illustrator on the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the first of which was Arbok from the Expedition Base Set expansion.
