Kanto Challenge

MVP Medal for the Kanto Challenge

The Kanto Challenge (Japanese: VS カントー VS Kanto) is one of the possible Champion Stadium challenges in Pokémon Masters EX. It was first made available on August 28, 2020. Unlike all other Champion Stadium challenges, the Kanto Challenge is available both Normal and Hard Lv. 1 difficulty.

Like all Champion Stadium challenges, players need to defeat four Elite Four members to challenge the Champion. They can be challenged in any order, but in Hard Lv. 1 difficulty, different special parameters are applied to each round. The Elite Four members are Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha, and Lance, and the Champion is Blue.

Kanto Challenge: Normal is always accessible from the Champion Stadium menu. Kanto Challenge: Hard Lv. 1 has been available in the Champion Stadium a total of 12 times:

  • August 28 to December 28, 2020
  • February 1 to March 1, 2021
  • May 3 to 31, 2021
  • August 9 to September 6, 2021
  • December 6, 2021 to January 3, 2022
  • April 4 to May 2, 2022

  • April 3 to May 1, 2023
  • November 6 to December 4, 2023
  • June 3 to July 1, 2024
  • January 6 to February 3, 2025
  • September 1 to October 6, 2025
