January 2022 Community Day Classic: Back to Bulbasaur was the fiftieth Community Day event for Pokémon GO, featuring the dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon Bulbasaur. It ran on January 22, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. This was the first event to be part of the Community Day Classic, a format that revisits Pokémon that have been featured on last Community Day events. Bulbasaur was first featured on the March 2018 Community Day.

If the player evolved Ivysaur into Venusaur after the start of event and up to 2 hours after the end of event, it would know Frenzy Plant, a Charged Attack that can only be learned using an Elite Charged TM.
