Hoenn Challenge

MVP Medal for the Hoenn Challenge

The Hoenn Challenge (Japanese: VS ホウエン VS Hoenn) is one of the possible monthly Champion Stadium challenges in Pokémon Masters EX. It was first made available on August 1, 2022.

Like all Champion Stadium challenges, players need to defeat four Elite Four members to challenge the Champion. They can be challenged in any order, but different special parameters are applied to each round. The Elite Four members are Sidney, Phoebe, Glacia, and Drake. The Champion is either Steven or Wallace, switching between weeks.

The Hoenn Challenge has been available in the Champion Stadium a total of 6 times:

  • August 1 to September 5, 2022
  • December 5, 2022 to January 2, 2023
  • July 3 to August 7, 2023
  • February 5 to March 4, 2024
  • September 2 to October 7, 2024
