Hand Scope cards were first made available to purchase from the in-game shop on October 30, 2024 worldwide (September 26, 2024 in New Zealand) for 2 Shop Tickets each. One copy of Hand Scope is also awarded to players who complete the mission "11: Attack the Weakness!" in the Battle Guide.
