Effect
When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies' Attack by one stat rank. The skill can range from Group Pep Talk 1 to Group Pep Talk 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of raising the user and its allies' Attack. Group Pep Talk 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Attack.
