Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare, and a special illustration rare in the Paldea Evolved expansion, first released in the Japanese Snow Hazard expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Akira Komayama, the Full Art print features artwork by kantaro, and the special illustration rare print features artwork by KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA.
A Full Art ultra rare print of this card with different artwork by GOSSAN is included in the Prismatic Evolutions special expansion, first released in the Japanese Terastal Fest ex subset.

Origin
Giacomo is the boss of Team Star's Dark crew, the Segin Squad. Giacomo's attire as featured in Pokémon Violet is depicted in the Paldea Evolved prints' illustrations; the Regular print also features a portion of Segin Squad's Base. The Prismatic Evolutions ultra rare print depicts Giacomo in his Naranja Academy uniform as seen in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet post-game.
