Effect
When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user's Defense and Sp. Def by two stat ranks each. The skill can range from Full-Bracing Command+ 1 to Full-Bracing Command+ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Full-Bracing Command+ 9 will always raise the user's Defense and Sp. Def by two stat ranks. Currently, only Full-Bracing Command+ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
