Fast Runner (Japanese: 回避率ダウン無効 Immunity to Evasiveness Reduction) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

Evasiveness cannot be lowered. Neither the user nor the opponent can lower the user's evasiveness stat rank by any means.
