Effect
When the Pokémon enters the battlefield, each opponent will have one of their stats (Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness) decreased by one stat rank per skill rank. This skill will also activate when it re-enters the battle after Mega Evolving or when switched back in during a co-op battle.
