Release information
This card was included in the special 151 expansion, first released in the Japanese Pokémon Card 151 subset. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Venusaur & Charizard & Blastoise Special Deck Set ex, as one of the SV-P Promotional cards, and in the Generations Start Deck Tapu Koko ex & Mimikyu ex. The promotional print was one of nine cards that could be found in 2024 Endorsed Independent Event Trainers Packs. Certified Event Organizers distributed these packs at events they oversaw in January 2024. This print features the Event Organizer logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.
Trivia
This card's effect is almost identical to that of Energy Pickup, a card previously released in the Legends Awakened expansion. The only difference is that Energy Sticker can only attach Energy to the player's Benched Pokémon, while Energy Pickup can attach Energy to either the player's Benched or Active Pokémon.
