Pokémon TCG: Black & White—Emerging Powers is the name given to the second main expansion of cards from the Black & White Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It does not have a main expansion as a Japanese equivalent. The set continues to feature Generation V Pokémon in the card game.

A new type of Reverse Holofoil was introduced, replacing the plain Mirror Holofoil pattern. The new Reverse Holofoil featured the card's Energy symbols (for Pokémon) or Poké Ball (for Trainer cards) on the entire card excluding the artwork.
The Emerging Powers set is released in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, with cards also available as Reverse Holos (with the exception of the Portuguese set).
