Dizzying Power (Japanese: 相手命中率↓分威力↑ Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's Accuracy Reduction) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user's moves are powered up the lower the target's accuracy. For each decrease in accuracy, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Dizzying Power does not affect sync moves or 
max moves.
